Mr. Jackie Qiao, founder and chief executive officer of Qualipak, is a mechanical engineer with a long standing focus on designing and building packaging machinery. His interest in machine design began in college, where he spent extensive time studying mechanisms and testing how different structures perform in real production conditions.

Before starting Qualipak, Jackie worked in the packaging industry and built practical experience around line efficiency, equipment reliability, and customer requirements. In 2000, he founded Qualipak with a clear goal: deliver packaging machines that meet global expectations for quality, safety, and consistency.

Jackie’s view is straightforward: continuous technology investment and disciplined innovation are what enable Qualipak to deliver high quality solutions that perform on the shop floor.
